Weston Town Center
The city of Weston, where I live, has a charming town center. There are lots of restaurants and shops, including Starbucks, Japan Inn, JG McGuinness and Tarantella etc. The design of the place is pedestrian-friendly. A Publix supermarket is also there.
Parades are held on important holidays, such as July 4th and Memorial Day. Weston Town Center is a fun place for Weston residents to entertain friends and families.

Florida House Bill 87 - Anti-Homeowner Bill?
Brought to you by Sean Lam Realty Associates:
The bill is waiting for Governor Rick Scott to sign it into law. Allegedly this bill requires homeowners to prove that lenders made mistakes in their mortgage notes and related documents when foreclosures happen to their properties. Before the lenders bore the responsibility to provide the proof. Now it falls on the owners who will have a certain number of days to produce the proof.
Read the bill in details by following the link below.
